Compiler/TMS320F28379D: Older version compiler required for execution of code.

Part Number: TMS320F28379D

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

My TI-DSP TMS320F28379D is not showing any output even after going into debug state. Is shows me a warning as follows: 

" This project was created using a version of compiler that is not currently installed - 15.12.1.LTS [C2000]. Another version of the compiler will be used during build - 18.1.3.LTS. See 'Help > Install New Software' and select 'Code Generation Tools Updates' to check if this compiler is available through a CCS update. Visit <a href="liveaction:OpenAppCenter">CCS App Center</a> to get the latest compiler support. Or <a href="software-dl.ti.com/.../a> and install the compiler, then register it with CCS through 'Preferences > CCS > Build > Compilers'. "

 I do understand it may be the compiler mismatch, but I can't find the version mentioned in the warning for download. Moreover, I am not able to add the directory where the new compiler has been downloaded. Please guide me how do I solve this problem.
