assertion error

i am using tda2xx & created an algorithm link (DSP1) (non in place)

while testing the appimage i got the below error:

ALGORITHM: Create in progress (algId = 1) !!!
[DSP1 ] 16.641981 s: Assertion @ Line: 332 in image/algPlugin.c: pSystemVideoFrameBuffer->bufAddr[0] != NULL : failed !!!
[DSP1 ] 16.642255 s: Assertion @ Line: 332 in image/algPlugin.c: pSystemVideoFrameBuffer->bufAddr[0] != NULL : failed !!!

this error is in create function of algplugin.c file

pSystemVideoFrameBuffer->bufAddr[0] = Utils_memAlloc(UTILS_HEAPID_DDR_CACHED_SR,(maxHeight*(pimageObj->pitch)*2),ALGORITHMLINK_FRAME_ALIGN);

UTILS_assert(pSystemVideoFrameBuffer->bufAddr[0] != NULL);

i am using PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_04_00_00.

Hi,

Please share the following details.

1) Add the debug prints in your algorithm file to know the size of memory requesting.

2) Complete logs in a text file.(Enable the macro "UTILS_MEM_DEBUG" in "vision_sdk/links_fw/src/rtos/utils_common/src/utils_mem_priv.h" then take the log)

3) Share the output of "gmake -s showconfig"

4) share the link & chain created in you use-case.(ex: NullSrc-> Decode-> Display)
