Hi,

i did clock configuration it was working properly

when i read the sensor using i2c module in the i2c bus always busy

when i read same i2c outside the clock function it was working properly

why it i2c not working in clock function?

actually spi and bitbang are working in clock function

here i send twopictures 1st one ClockA,CLOCKB ..functions are there these are read data every 3seconds this loop was working i2c was always busy

I believe a better way to do it is to have a function where you are accessing the I2C and pend on a semaphore which you post from the clock function.

what is the priority of the clock function?

is it high priority so causing trouble?

I suspect that what you are seeing is caused by which context (HWI, SWI etc) the different functions are running under.
