CCS/TMS320C6743: Code Generation Tools / Installation on a another Computer

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am in the process of installing Code Composer Studio version 4.2.4.00033 on my new computer. Unfortunately there are differences between the generated code.
I suspect that this is due to the differences in the "Effective Code generation tools".

Old Computer:

New: 

Although I have installed version 7.2.12 on my new computer and I could select it, version 7.4.24 is always displayed in the Effective Code Generation Tools.

Can someone help me?

The old computer in an Windows 10 with 32bit and the new one with Windows 10 64Bit.

    Where is 7.2.12 installed? It must be in a directory that is on the compiler discovery path and detected by CCS. You can check both in the CCS preferences:
