Trying to run UPP example application provided on https://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Using_the_uPP_EVM_example_applications_from_the_BIOS_PSP

Freshly installed Code Composer Version 5 updated emulation pack to have XDS110 in drop down menu for configuration. LCDK6748 configuration files not on the list.

Updated emulation pack using https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/xdsdebugprobes/emu_xds_software_package_download.html

Installed Windows 32 Bit version with release 9.2.0.00002.

Constantly getting error parsing file: TMS470R53X_regids.xml

Tried to reinstall version 5 CCS no luck.

Please let me know if you know how to fix this error or know how to run this example on new version of CCS version 10.

Hello,

CCSv5 does not support XDS110. You need at least CCSv6.1.0 to use on-board XDS110 debug probes. If you are using a standalone external XDS110 debug probe, you need at least CCSv7.0

Embedded (on-board) XDS110 debug probes are compatible with Code Composer Studio (CCS) development environment version 6.1.0 and newer.

The standalone XDS110 Debug probe (TMDSEMU110-U) requires CCS version 7.0.0 or newer.

Are there any UPP example applications that are compatible with LCDK6748 and the newer version of Code Composer Studio about Version 7.

I am using the standalone XDS110 Debug Probe.
