CCS/IWR1642BOOST: I can't rebuild pplcount_16xx_mss

Hello,

From your build snapshot, I notice that you have the MMWAVE SDK installed in C:\ti while CCS is installed in D:\ti. Please install CCS in C:\ti as well and retry the build. If it fails, please provide the build log and snapshot of the failure again.

The size of this file has been increasing. It has 910M  and is still increasing
