        i    am   using      tidl_j7_01_02_00_09     i  add     a  customLayer   in  tidl     ,  

       in  the    customLayer   outdata  is  float      i  have   to    turn  it    to  int8

       how   can  i     Calculate   scale      from   min   and   max   ?     what   is  the   conversion formula?
