May I know what major improvements done from CCS9.2 to 10.1 except bug fix?

Mainly regarding C6000 compiler 8.34->8.37(I have gone through the release note while it seems just some bug fix) and xdc tools 3.60->3.61.

The release notes is really the best place to view all they key changes between versions.

Note that it is only a minor revision number difference between the compiler and xdctools versions. For such minor revision differences, it would be mostly just bug fixes.
