CCS/TIDA-00951: Configuring Xilinx debugger

Hello,

I have a Xilinx Platform Cable USB JTAG debugger on hand for programming the TIDA-01281 communication module. Is there support available for configuring this debugger in CCS?

    Sandy,

    Code Composer Studio does not support working with a Xilinx debugger.  Are you trying to connect this debugger to the TMS320F2803x processor mentioned in TIDA-01281? 

    Looking at that design the J3 connector is the JTAG header for debugging the F2803x.  You would need to connect an XDS debug probe to that such as an TMDSEMU110-U.  You can then use that with Code Composer Studio.

    Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, I am trying to connect it to the TMS320F2803x processor. I will get a XDS debugger then.
