CCS/66AK2G12: Can i use 14 pin Header for programing 66AK2G12 ?

Hi,

XDS 200 comes with 60 pin, adapters 20 pin and 14 pin. Can i use 14 pin header with basic interface signals connected (shown below) for programming purpose? Or is it mandatory to use 60 pin header for 66AK2G12 programing? There is also 10 pin header available with basic signals connected. Shall we use this header for programming.

Although the screenshots did not come through, you can use the 14-pin JTAG header without problems on the 66AK2G12 device.

Keep in mind this header does not feature the useful signal nRESET, which corresponds to the System Reset and can be used to reset your entire board. Check the nRESET referenced at the XDS Target Connection Guide at:
