Hello,

I am using LAUNCHCC3220MODASF and testing sleep mode with GPIO interrupt. everything work perfectly for few testing.

After that I am not able to connect board using Uniflash nor through JTAG.

Please have a look at the below images.

I tested debugger.and it is working . I also tried to change SOP configuration and trying load program. but Its not working.

is there any other ways to check CC3220 chip working or not ?

Nikunj,

You'll want to make sure you didn't flash the device into production mode, which locks the JTAG (First message). The second issue seems like we aren't able to reset the device. Can you confirm the SOP placement is the same as the picture, and you have RESET and UART jumpers connected?

I checked SOP placement and I am sure jumpers are connected.

Nikunj,

Have you made any board modifications to the launchpad? Have you attached any device to the boosterpack headers?

Can you share a screenshot of this device in device manager?

Can you confirm you were able to flash and debug previously with this board? If you test with another does it work?

It looks like the device is no longer responding, and could be damaged.
