CCS/TMS320F28379D: True runtime behavior of an application

Good afternoon,

We are seeking a tool (hardware and/or software) that would allow us for tracking and measuring performance of an application running on a Delfino platform and TI-RTOS Kernel.

What would you recommend?

What do you think of Segger's SystemView?

Hello Eric,

I cannot comment on SystemView as I have no experience with it. But CCS has a few tools for benchmarking, starting with the simplistic profile clock to the various TI-RTOS analysis tools provided with RTOS Analyzer (See section 9.4 of the TI-RTOS kernel user's guide)
