CCS: CCS crash after installing a window security patch.

Hi, 

A customer is experiencing the below crash error after installing a window security patch.

even if they uninstall the CCS and install it again, they encounter the same error.

    Also have the customer try cleaning both the CCS cache and their workspace folder

    Hi Ki,

    even if the customer did clean CCS and deleted metadata in a workspace, the same error is occurred.

    Thank you for the log. The error in the first screenshot and the related error in the log is:

    java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Users\82104\AppData\Local\Temp\proxy_vole3857512545234510846.dll: 액세스가 거부되었습니다

    This is related to the CCS feature of sending any crash logs to TI. Apparently this attempt failed because of the above access error. Please have the customer check the permissions to make sure they have access to that file in the above Temp folder

    This "CrashReportJob" is not essential to run CCS. If the customer presses the "OK" button in the dialog box, does CCS run ok afterwards?
