CCS/TMS320F28379D: CCS Editor - Does Automatic Setup Exist?

Ed,

Once it is loaded once it should now be part of your workspace.  You would only need to load again if you create a new workspace.

I do not know of a way to do this automatically at startup so that you could more easily keep workspaces in sync.  The only solution I found online was someone created their own eclipse plug-in that automatically loads the preference file on startup.
