Dear sir/Madam

We are working on the module testing of the software developed for processor TMS320C30. For testing we use TMS320C3x/4x C Compiler Shell Version 5.11 TMS320C3x/4x COFF Assembler Version 5.12 and simulator TMS320VC33 simulator and TMS320VC44. All these are available in the Code Composer IDE version 4.10.37.and also what would be cost for that.

please educate me on the same

It is possible to still order the old Code Composer v4.1 tools for C3x/4x. The part number and pricing is on this page: http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/codecomposer.html

This link only goes to a service pack for C3x-C4x. Is the original IDE still available?

And what is this - why isn't it on the code composer studio download page?

It seems confusing that you started the numbering for the IDE/Compiler over again. To me this looks like the CCS 3.3 splash screen.

Hi Mark,
CC is not available because we have completely dropped support for it. But for customers who need it because they are supporting legacy devices, we can make it available. Please start a private conversation with me to discuss your options

Note that after Code Composer 4.x, the tools got merged with other tools and rebranded as Code Composer Studio or CCS for short. The 'Studio' was added to the name at the end. So CCSv1 came out after that and so forth.
