CCS/TM4C1294NCPDT: Dedug using TM4C1294XL Evaluation Kit TI-RTO's

We have designed board using TM4C1294NCPDT and trying debug using TM4C1294XL evaluation kit. 

Some times (Out of 10 times, One time loading successful) programming getting load successfully and getting terminating after calling BIOS Start function.

But while loading example blinky file, it's loading successfully and working fine, other than this blinky example file, no other example files are not running successful.

Our application was built on TI-RTO's and it's working fine on Evaluation Kit.

Can you please recommend us how to move forward to resolve this issue.

    I see verification errors, which usually happen after failed program load. When exactly is this error occurring for you?
