Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

I have recently started working on the CC1352 Launchpad. I have not been able to explore the debugging feature quite a lot. I know it is a very useful tool, but could someone help me to get started with this debugging method?

I have gone through the TI reference document on debugging but still not able to implement debugging.
