CCS: Version 10.1.0 - Suddenly unable to import example projects from Resource Explorer to local workspace

Hello everyone,

one of the most interesting features of CCS, namely the possibility to install demo working projects from the Resource Explorer has suddenly stopped working from me.

Yesterday and the day before I was able to import a few demos, now it is not the case anymore.

When I navigate in the available examples, whenever I click on "Import Project" I got the error message below in the screenshot 

even if the package was never removed and is correctly installed, I click on "install", then

and finally what I see almost immediately is this last window

At almost the same time a gray popup appears on top stating "Task Updated", and then I am back to the issue again.

I already tried to

- remove the local_tirex folder from /User/<myName>/ti

- uninstall and reinstall MSP430Ware

- uninstall and reinstall the whole CCS10

- reboot several times

but nothing worked. So again, I did not modify my installations in any way, so I have a hard time figuring out what is (now) wrong.

Maybe something happened on the server side? Any feedback would be appreciated!
