CCS: How to configure CCS to auto recognize connected launchpads

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I've just re-installed CCS (including everything, vice "custom") and now i've lost the ability to access Resource Explorer in the pulldown menu under "View".

My goal is to auto recognize my launchpads. I've installed the Cloud-based app.

Any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot this?

Try resetting the perspective and also cleaning the workspace.

What CCS version are you using? And Which LaunchPad?
