CCS/TMS320F28069M: Extend trial period

I installed CCS v5.5 around January 2020 as a trial version. It's been a while since I've used CCS v5.5 and I would like to extend the trial license for the 90 days. When I try to do so going on Help>>Code Composer Studio Licensing Information>>Update>>Launch License Setup>>EXTENSION. After clicking on "EXTENTION" option I get sent to a website to extend my trial for 90 days. This website is blank: https://www.ti.com/licreg/productactivation.tsp?toPerform=firstTimeActivation&orderablePartNumber=TMDFCCS-ALLT90A&FNOPartNumber=TMDFCCS-ALLT90A-v5. I talked to TI Customer Support who said that this could be due to CCS v5.5 being a much older version, Case CS0251528. They referred me to talk to the e2e channel in order to get a temporary code for me to use CCS v5.5 again.
