Hi,

The C6678 is supported by Processor SDK RTOS software package. It can be downloaded here: https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/C667x/latest/index_FDS.html

For the Ethernet: http://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/docs/latest/rtos/index_Foundational_Components.html#ndk. It has some examples for UDP, TCP. Your camera needs to be able transfer photo data using Ethernet protocols with C6678.

Thank you for sharing, and, excuse me, GigE this kind of gigabit network camera can be connected to 28335 100M Ethernet port to work normally?

Yes, the GbE also works in 28335 100M Ethernet port.
