i have installed in the xp os. the software is installed without error. But while running the following message is displaying in the screen.That message is attached. please help me as soon as possible.2022.Doc1.docx

    That error message is a generic one and not very useful for us. Please provide more information on your environment. See the forum readme for more details on what information we need. Provide the information as requested from #3 to #8 (under "When reporting a CCS issue in this forum")
