Good morning.
I'm having problems with the driver code composer.
This driver worked before, but now no longer works. I uninstalled and installed several times.
The driver is C5509A XDS510USB Emulator.
The message that appears is:
your code composer does not support the connected target.
Device driver name: "c:\ccstudio_v3.1\drivers\sdgo55xxusb.dvr"
When I use the SdConfig.exe, I can communicate with the JTAG (XDS510 USB). But in the CCS don't work.
Could anyone help me?
Tanks.
Bianca,
That error is common when attempting to use an external emulator with a CCS image that came with a starter kit. The CCS images in the starter kits only work with the onboard emulation on the starter kit and not with a standalone emulator like the XDS510.
Did your copy of CCSv3.1 come with a start kit?
Regards,
John
Thank you John.
I installed another version of the CCS and it worked. The installed version was the Code Composer Studio V3.1_Platinum.
