1. what's wrong with my project properties? I could not move the cursor from "general" to others(C2000 linker, C2000 compiler and so on).

2. Why COFF is legacy? COFF will not be supported furthermore? What's the advantage of ELF ABI？

3. Could TMS320F28002x  use COFF ABI?

    I assume your project using TI-RTOS. Please check the "Products" tab in the General properties and check the RTSC platform settings (Under "XDCtools settings"). Make sure a valid option is selected.

    Regarding questions #2 and #3, I will need to follow up with some experts.
