CCS/CODECOMPOSER: Cannot re-open CCS v10 workspace after successful installation

Hi Team,

I would like to get your assistance regarding our customer situation with CCS v10.

This is the customer step by step procedure when he installs the software:
- install v10
- open
- all is well
- close
- Re open

After re-opening the software, he cannot anymore proceed to the workspace and seeing these texts below:
"CANT OPEN WORKSPACE"
"Could not launch the product because the specified workspace cannot be created"
"the workspace directory is invalid or read-only"

If the customer reinstalls the software and leave it open, it has no problem at all. The problem only occurs when he exits to the workspace and reopen again the application.

Please let me know if you have a solution in this situation.
