Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Hello,
I'm not very used to Eclipse / CCS, but the missing splitters between windows under macOS confuses me totally. When I try to adjust window sizes within the top level view, the cursor does not changes its shape and it's totally unclear where the point is, where I have to drag to move the border between adjacent windows (which then results in moving windows position, not size / border). When using Xcode for example, the cursor form / shape changes when the cursor is between two windows and where I can start dragging the border between them.
Is this a missing feature in Eclipse, or is this a bug in the current version of CCS / Eclipse (using 10.1.0)?
best regards,
Torsten
Torsten,
It is some odd interaction between Eclipse and the Jxbrowser (Chromium) that is used for some tools in CCS. If CCS is started without any browser based tools (Getting Started View, SysConfig...) open then the spiltter will show up. As soon as a browser is opened that splitter goes away. Tried to take some screen shots on my mac but the cursor does not show up in them.
This issue will get resolved when Jxbrowser adds SWT support. There is a defect tracking it here; https://sir.ext.ti.com/jira/browse/EXT_EP-10026

John
