We found the part is very hot when we use the part.

Can you help us confirm the maximum dissipation power consumption ?

And we can't found the θJC in the datasheet, there is only θJA.Can you help us the θJC ?

Hello Liuyamei,

θJC is only useful to gauge how a external heat sink would help. Can you measure the top of case temperature? This will be close to the internal die temperature.

The device can become hot when it is damaged or overloaded. Is there a reason to believe there is damage or a heavy load?
