Hi. I use TMS320F28335 with CCS.8.3.0.00009.

I debugged the code what i made.

Then i meet the error as below.

How i can solve this problem?

What is the GEL..?

Based on your screenshots, it looks like you are able to connect to the target. Does the error always happen when trying to evaluate actual_position_flag variable?
