We noticed that downloading resources from China in CCS is quite slow. Has this been noticed by others?

Which exact "resources" are you referring to? Updates? Resource Explorer packages? Please clarify.

Thanks for the clarification. There have been a few general complaints but not too many. What kind of download speeds are witnessed? The speeds would be heavily influenced by the internet speeds of the user. If the same packages are downloaded directly ti.com or other site external to CCS, are the speeds much better?
