Compiler/TMS320F28379D: Suggestion for "Unresolved buildable linked resource(s)" Warning

Part Number: TMS320F28379D

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

Greetings,

I’ve already figured out what happened, but thought I would pass along a suggestion.

In my project, there is a virtual folder with a number of files linked to it.  As I was cleaning up things for checkin, I was going through a folder and deleted a file which was no longer used, but which was still linked to the virtual folder.  The subsequent build produced a warning message stating “This project contains 1 unresolved buildable linked resource(s). The project may not build as expected.”.  Because I had made a number of other changes, it wasn’t immediately clear which change caused the warning.  Deleting the link from the virtual folder corrected the issue.

I realize that this is a summary warning, but it would be helpful, if the name of the linked resource which caused the issue was displayed as well.

Thanks,

Ed
