CCS4 memory save unexpected results

I am using BIOS 5.41.10.36

CGT 7.1

I want to save data from memory to text file i used Raw formate with 16 bit I wana get Uint16 bit output but im getting results like this

How can i get data in Uint16 formate.

Hello Fahed,

Saving as a RAW will generate a binary file. If you open the binary file in a text editor, it will look like your example. If you want to save it as a text file, use the DAT format (use a *.dat extenstion).

Well, I have tried many options,

The thing is if i use .dat extension and want to save as Uint16 formate the tye-size options gets inactive and i get 32 bit int data.

Do i need to use compatible buffer size or any update or setting to get memory data as Uint16?

The type-size option only works with Raw-data. for other it gets inactive automatically

I think that is a known limitation. It will default to what the size of a word is on your device.
