CCS/TMS320F28379D: How to Load GEL File When no GEL File Has Been Previously Loaded

Greetings,

I see that I can load an additional GEL file when the target configuration file specifies one.  But is there a way to load a GEL file, if the target configuration file does not already specify a GEL file?
