CCS: Microsoft Defender SmartScreen reporting error on ccs_setup_10.1.1.00004.exe

Having downloaded the Windows offline installer for CCS10.1.1.00004, attempting to run the ccs_setup_10.1.1.00004.exe unpacked from the CCS10.1.1.00004_win64.zip caused a Windows 10 Pro Version 2004 PC to report:

Looking at the properties of the ccs_setup_10.1.1.00004.exe appears to show a problem with the Certificate Information used to sign the executable:

Is this an error in how ccs_setup_10.1.1.00004.exe has been digitally signed?

The team has identified the issue and will be putting together an updated installer that uses the proper certificate.

Chester/Keith,

The 10.1.1 installer for windows has been resigned and reposted. It should be all good now. A process change has also been made to ensure that it doesn't happen again.
