CCS/TM4C1290NCPDT: xds200 probe doesn't detect target

I'm getting the following error on one of the computers I'm using the probe on. I have several other computers using the same probe, same target, same project that do not have the issue. The XDS200 driver being used is the same on all of the computers. Is there any reason this one computer I'm using may be getting this error? This error message comes about half way into the loading process where it looks like it's about to finish but then throws this error.

Check the debug options for the project. Make sure the 'Connect to the target on debugger startup' option under the 'Launch Options' for 'Auto Run and Launch Options' is enabled.

Sometimes, that option gets disabled in a project (for reasons I don't understand).

I found the issue.

In the debugger tab of the property settings for the project, the item "Connect to Target on debugger Startup" got unchecked at some point.
