CCS/DK-TM4C129X: USB driver conflict

Hi,

Customers have a problem with CCS in their environment. If you have any information, please let me know.

 

They have a USB dongle connected to their PC. When they connect the DK-TM4C129X to PC and try to debug it, something goes wrong with windows.

So they must restart PC. I think the USB dongle and CCS (EVM) are in conflict.

Please tell me how to deal with this problem.

 

Environment:

Windows10 1909

CCS Ver10.1.1

USB dongle key driver Ver. 6.65.0.0.

    Certainly sounds like it. What exactly is the USB dongle in question? And what do you mean "something goes wrong with windows"?

    If the dongle is not plugged in, CCS and DK-TM4C129X works fine?
