CCS 4.1.2 always rebuild after restart

Hi,

I installed CCS4, the version is Version: 4.1.2.00027 .

When the software is restart, it will rebuild the project if I click on "Build All" or "Build Active Project", while not run incremental compilation. Is it a bug?

    I can't duplicate this behavior with the current version v4.2.1. There were some issues reported where CCS does a full rebuild when only an incremental build was expected but, most of those are documented in bug # SDSCM00037521. However I don't see a rebuild happening with just a restart of CCS. You can view the details of this bug and the instances that caused a rebuild by going to the SDOWP link below and entering this bug number. These issues will be fixed in 4.2.2.

    If feasible, you may want to update your CCS version to 4.2.1 and see if you still see the behavior.
