CCS/AWR6843ISK: Test Connection error at debug mode, SC_ERR_PATH_BROKEN

Hello,

I'd like to deal with the ccs project with AWR6843ISK at debug mode.

After project is compiled, the emulator can not be connected to the EVK.

Test Environment, a figure of EVK Setup, Test Connection Log and figure of BH XDS560v2 configuration utility & log is listed below.
