Java(TM) 2 Platform Standard Edition binary has stopped working

Whenever we try to use CCSV4 to run the emulation using the DSK 6713 kit, we are getting the error mentioned in the subject line. The program stops working and we have to start over again. Please let us know if you have any fix for this problem.

    Hi,

    Can you send more details about the issue? What is the OS used? What is the exact version of CCS? Did you ever managed to run the emulation or did it started only a few days ago? Does it always happen or is it intermittent? Does it happen with another workspace as well? Does it happen with other targets like the simulator or other board?

    This can be an issue between the Java VM and the 64-bit OS (there is a reported bug in the Oracle's bug track), although several people (including myself) have been successfully running it in 64-bit OSes.

    Sorry for the delay. I was waiting for the response from the faculty usinbg these tools.

    We are using the CCSv4 edition on the Windows 7 32 bit system.  

     It happens when a program is running on the DSP board and I click Debug -> Terminate All to stop running the program. The Eclipse message window says the following:
