Hi,

We have purchased this RFID reader system (RI-CTL-MB2B-30). The S2_Util.exe cannot find the reader.

Hello Gabriele,

the RI-CTL-MB2B-30 is a "End-of-Life" product which is no more supported by TI, like the whole S2000 power reader series. Also the S2_Util is a very old software. The connection to the COM port should work even on WIN10 systems. The help system has changed in WIN10 which makes the build in help files no more accessible.
