CCS/CC2650: Not able to Flash the code in Launchpad

Hi,

I am trying to flash the example code hex file in cc2650 launchpad .When i flash the code,i get the following error.

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -242 @ 0x0)
A router subpath could not be accessed.
The board configuration file is probably incorrect.
(Emulation package 9.2.0.00002).

Can someone please help me to understand the procedure to flash the code in launchpad.

Bipin,

In searching around on this topic I think you are going to need to perform a mass-erase on the device.

I would try using UniFlash to erase the entire flash. You can use the online tool to do that here: https://dev.ti.com/uniflash

This is where the option is:

If that does not work you can try using SmartRF Flash Programmer 2:

https://www.ti.com/tool/FLASH-PROGRAMMER

I believe it has an option to do a mass erase.
