CCS: Version: 10.1.0.00010 - not able to receive new updates

I receive this error when attempting to obtain updates CCS is saying are available: I am not able to receive updates.

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

session context was:(profile=epp.package.cpp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).

No repository found containing: org.eclipse.update.feature,com.ti.gcc.arm.win32,9.2.1.2019-q4-major

No repository found containing: binary,com.ti.gcc.arm.win32_root,9.2.1.2019-q4-major

Hi Tim,

Have you tried the suggestions in the troubleshooting guide:

https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide/ccs_troubleshooting.html#updates-fail-with-no-repository-found-or-connection-reset-or-artifact-for-binary-not-available-errors

Also, if you are on the VPN could you try disconnecting and trying updating again? I've found some periodic issues with updates and general internet connectivity with CCS when on the VPN
