The customer has some additions
Install CCS V5.5 on Win10
I have closed all anti-virus software, and the installation path does not contain any non-ASCII characters, but when installing the CCSV5.5, the following problems still occur, I hope that TI engineers can help me solve this problem.

For the first issue regarding the pending reboot, this is usually not a concern and can be disregarded in most cases.
As for the second issue:

Note that CCS v5.5 is not officially supported on Windows 10. It is recommend for the customer to update the CCS version. CCS 6.1.3 is the first CCS version to support Windows 10. However, I would recommend using the latest CCS version supported on their Windows version (CCS 10.1.1 on Windows 10-64 and CCS 8.3.1 on Windows 10-32).
