Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

Hi, I need arm 5.0.4 compiler for startware.

I open ccs Help--> Install New Software --> TI compiler update-> select 5.0.4,

but it need "[Enter License Description here.]"

I cannot install 5.0.4.

How can get the license to install 5.0.4 compiler?

If you have CCS installed, you don't need a license. Please see the article Compiler Installation and Selection. Once the download dialog window is up, be sure the box for Show only the latest versions of available software is not checked. See the screenshot below.
