Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
When attempting to use Target Connect COM port, whole class of students and myself started receiving the following error message. This occurred whether on campus via campus network or off campus with a variety of different local ISPs. Tried changing proxy.js as recommended from"" to "DIRECT" but produced no change. Is this something at the TI side?

Yes this issue is on the TI side. We are having an issue that is impacting target communication for all of our cloud based tools. We are working with our IT team to resolve as soon as possible.

Thank you very much. We are at the end of the term and students have a final project due. I have had them download the desktop tools for the time being.

The issue has been resolved and the cloud tools are opperating normally again.
