Hi 

Can I use USB2ANY as USB serial transmitter/receiver for communication with PGA900 in PGA900EVM by Using UART Protocol?

    Hello Ihab,

    Yes, the USB2ANY can be used for UART communication, although the firmware version used with the PGA900EVM GUI may not be compatible with all of the API functions available for UART in the standard USB2ANY release firmware. I recommend using the latest USB2ANY firmware release for this. If you are communicating with the PGA900EVM, I do not recommend plugging the USB2ANY into the header, and instead I would manually connect the UART pins to the test points on the EVM.

    You can use the USB2ANY SDK and the included example code to evaluate the UART capabilities of the USB2ANY hardware.
