PO#T00992318，PN#EV2400, QTY:1PCS,我于11月4日在TI STORE上面购买的 EV2400,拿回来后，第一次使用，插入USB,指示灯不亮，我们这边尝试过各种办法，例如安装驱动、换台电脑试，发现灯还是不亮，请帮忙确认这是否正常，还是说货物有质量问题？

I bought the EV2400 from Ti store on November 4. PO#T00992318，PN#EV2400, QTY:1PCS. I used it for the first time. When I plugged in the USB, the indicator light didn't light up. We tried various methods, such as  install  the driver and changing the computer, and found that the light was still not on. Could you please confirm whether this is normal or there is a quality problem with the goods?

    Hello Betty,

    No it's not normal for the device to not turn on upon arrival, sometimes they do get damaged from ESD after being used. You can contact the customer support at TI, we can't help with returns on the forum.
