Missing Project Templates

Hello,

I have the code limited version of CCS4 installed for the Launchpad development board.  (Version: 4.2.1.00004)

I am trying to follow the walkthrough but it says go to File>New>CCS Project I do not have this option (even when selecting Other).

It seems the project templates are not being loaded, how can I rectify this?

I have tried re-installing.

I am on Windows 7 64bit.
