CCS: Installation error: Web installer not able to access

Hi expert,

My customer have issue with installing CCS 6 on their PC. Click "yes" will get no response and "no" will close the installer.

Do we need to try an off-line installer?

    I would strongly suggest using the off-line installer. I personally find the web installer unreliable. We also had some issues with the web installer for older CCS versions when our servers were upgraded. I'm not sure if we ever resolved the issues for those old versions. The off-line installer is the most reliable option here.
