Hi All,

I bought a IWR6843AOPEVM evauation board and I need some confirms from you:

- Is the MMWAVEICBOOST board mandatory in order to flash my custom firmwares by CCS?

- Is the MMWAVEICBOOST board mandatory in order to debug my custom firmwares by CCS?

Hello

mmwaveicbost is needed for code development and select peripheral expansion.

For loading and running the demo image examples the mmwaveicboost is not needed.

Please let us know iff this was not clear in the EVM user's guide.

Flashing is done via UART and debug thought JTAG. You can Flash and run the flashed binary without the MMWAVEICBOOST but you need the MMWAVEICBOOST for debug.

Hello,

can I flash the board directly using Code Composer Studio?

Right now I am able to use Uniflash only

You cannot flash from Code Composer Studio, CCS is only used for for JTAG debug,

You can run some of the demos available here to familiarize yourself with the EVM
