Cross compiler

I'm not sure what you mean.  All of the TI-provided compilers are cross compilers, since they run on a workstation and produce executables for a TI device.  I assume you are looking for a way to compile a program from source code which includes some features (e.g. intrinsics) which are only available in a TI compiler, and run it on a Linux host?  You would want to use a native compiler and a library emulating TI intrinsics.  There are some emulation libraries, but I don't know offhand where to get them.

What I want to do is to execute a C program on a TI Linux witch runs on a  DSP C6474.

I loaded before a Linux Kernel on C6474 and now I want to execute a simple C program on this linux. I don't have a  C compiler installed in it ,so I need to install a  cross compiler in my workstation that produces the executable  I will load and execute on the TI Linux running on the board.

I'm not sure if it's possible  to do it with CCS so I'm looking for another cross-compiler.

The very latest TI C6000 compilers provide some support for generating Linux executables.  What version of the compiler are you using?  You might try looking at:

This release supports the C6474 and the kernel and userspace packages are built using the GCC toolchain.

Please take a look at this. This version of GCC is a cross compiler for all c64x based devices.
